Finish your day off with Pilates on the mat!
This 45-minute mat class will utilize props and honor Classical Pilates with an exciting contemporary and modern flare. The D.E. method aims to create a class that integrates all varieties of Pilates into an effctive and quick class so that you can reap more of the benefits! Suitable for all levels, modifications and advancements will be provided throughout the class.

Sundays 11-12pm
In this class, students will be introduced to the classical Reformer repertoire. The class will center on building a strong core, improving balance and increasing stamina. Clients will explore the benefits of using the Reformer to aid and build their personal practice. By the end of the series students will have gained a solid foundation in Pilates.
Class is appropriate for all levels and best suited for those who are new to Pilates or those looking to refresh the fundamentals.
Grip socks required.

This invigorating group class is sure to get your day off to a great start! Beth's classes utilize various equipment like TRX, dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to target different muscle groups and offer a full-body workout. Scorch calories with High Intensity Interval Training workouts leading to significantly greater fat loss than cardio, which will elevate your metabolism for hours after class!

Fridays 12-12:45 pm
Cardio sculpt is a high-intensity class, focusing on bringing the cardio level up and on toning lean body muscles. This is a 45 minute power packed workout session consisting of dynamic movements (such as high knees, jumping jacks, burpees, and Pilates exercises). We will focus on sculpting your arms, strengthening your abdominals, and firming your legs and glutes through these dynamic/intense exercises.
Low impact modifications will be provided. Athletic sneakers required. No slip-ons or wedged heels permitted.
