Classical Mat With a Twist is a special pop-up class rooted in the traditional Pilates mat repertoire you know and love—plus a thoughtful splash of contemporary exploration. Just enough creativity to keep things interesting, while still delivering that unmistakable classical Pilates feel.


What to expect:

  • A strong classical foundation with familiar sequencing 
  • One or two contemporary exercises or progressions 
  • A focused theme of the day (core, hips, rotation, balance, and more) 
  • Clean, intentional transitions that keep the flow moving

 This invigorating group class is sure to get your day off to a great start! Beth's classes utilize various equipment like TRX, dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to target different muscle groups and offer a full-body workout.  Scorch calories with High Intensity Interval Training workouts leading to significantly greater fat loss than cardio, which will elevate your metabolism for hours after class!

Cardio Sculpt w/ Michele

Fridays 12-12:45 pm


 Cardio sculpt is a high-intensity class, focusing on bringing the cardio level up and on toning lean body muscles. This is a 45 minute power packed workout session consisting of dynamic movements (such as high knees, jumping jacks, burpees, and Pilates exercises). We will focus on sculpting your arms, strengthening your abdominals, and firming your legs and glutes through these dynamic/intense exercises. 


Low impact modifications will be provided. Athletic sneakers required. No slip-ons or wedged heels permitted.
