
We’re excited to introduce our Pole/Tower Essentials series! This 6-week program is perfect for anyone curious about the Pilates Tower (also known as the "Pole"), which is part of the Cadillac, a versatile piece of Pilates equipment.
The Cadillac/Tower is designed to provide a spacious, supportive workout that helps you move freely while improving your strength, mobility, and alignment. Theopen setup allows you to challenge your body in new ways, building core strength and awareness with greater stability and control.

Once you’ve completed the series, you’ll be eligible to register for Mixed Equipment classes, where you can explore and deepen your Pilates practice across a variety of apparatuses.

This invigorating group class is sure to get your day off to a great start! Beth's classes utilize various equipment like TRX, dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to target different muscle groups and offer a full-body workout. Scorch calories with High Intensity Interval Training workouts leading to significantly greater fat loss than cardio, which will elevate your metabolism for hours after class!

Fridays 12-12:45 pm
Cardio sculpt is a high-intensity class, focusing on bringing the cardio level up and on toning lean body muscles. This is a 45 minute power packed workout session consisting of dynamic movements (such as high knees, jumping jacks, burpees, and Pilates exercises). We will focus on sculpting your arms, strengthening your abdominals, and firming your legs and glutes through these dynamic/intense exercises.
Low impact modifications will be provided. Athletic sneakers required. No slip-ons or wedged heels permitted.

Explore the Pole, aka "Tower"--part of a larger Pilates apparatus called the Cadillac--in this thoughtfully paced essentials series designed to build strength, control, and confidence on the Tower. The Cadillac’s open, supportive design allows for spacious movement that helps improve mobility, build strength, and deepen core connection with greater control.
This series complements Reformer work and prepares you for Mixed Equipment
classes.
