March MATness

 March "MATness" is a Pilates community-wide, just for fun event to celebrate the first 31 Pilates Mat exercises created by Joseph Pilates. Every day in March, we will feature videos and photos of the "exercise of the day" on our social feeds such as Instagram and Facebook. Be sure to tune in or take a class!

Have you ever thought about teaching Pilates? 

Now is your chance. We are hosting a two day training program at our Greenville Studio. This program will provide you with a solid foundation in the classical mat exercises while delivering the tolls necessary to progress individual clients and group classes safely and effectively in a health club or studio setting. This training will take place April 27-28, 2019

Cardio Sculpt

 Tuesdays 12-12:45 pm


Cardio sculpt class will be a high-intensity class, focusing on bringing cardio level up and focusing on toning lean body muscles. This will be a 45 minute power packed workout session consisting of dynamic movements (such as high knees, jumping jacks, burpees, and Pilates exercises). We will focus on sculpting your arms, strengthening your abdominals, firming your legs and glutes through these dynamic/intense exercises. Low impact modifications will be provided. Please inquire before registering with any health related questions.

Pilates For Men

Wednesdays 6-7 am and  Saturdays 8-9 am 


 A mixed equipment class geared to the specific issues of the Male posture. Focus is on stretching hamstrings, stretching the chest while strengthening abdominals and back. 


This hour is reserved for Men only! 

Bones and Balance

 Thursdays 11-12 pm


This class is designed to target the individual who has experienced bone loss and/or is interested in preventing falls . Using the Pilates principles, each session will include movements to enhance awareness, posture, leg strength, and balance. The group will be guided in both seated and standing positions and ending with a short meditation to center and embrace the work.

Barre is Back

Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 pm


Back by popular demand. We are offering our Pilates Barre class again.  Pilates Barre is a derivative of Ballet inspired moves like plies, Lunges and squats infused with strength moves for a total body workout with medium intensity but high repetitions focusing mainly on the glutes, hips and thighs. You will also use small props like the small air ball, theraband and light dumbbells to help challenge the upper body and abs. No muscle left behind!
