Pilates Barre Fusion w/ Lisa E!

 Pilates/Barre Fusion is a low-impact class that focuses on building strength, increasing flexibility, and improving posture. This class is a combination of Pilates mat and Barre. The ballet barre will be used for balance while performing small, controlled movements that target specific muscle groups. Props such as light weights, small Pilates ball, magic circle, and resistance bands will be used in this class. This class is a total body workout.  


Low impact modifications will be provided. *Pilates socks with grips required. Class is appropriate for both men & women.


*Pre-registration is strongly encouraged (48 hours in advance) to reserve space at the barre!

 The TRX Suspension Trainer is an incredible tool for reducing overall body fat. By leveraging your own body as resistance, every movement becomes a total-body exercise, helping you burn more calories in less time. Scorch calories with HIIT workouts leading to significantly greater fat loss than cardio, which will elevate your metabolism for hours after class!

 Cardio sculpt is a high-intensity class, focusing on bringing the cardio level up and on toning lean body muscles. This is a 45 minute power packed workout session consisting of dynamic movements (such as high knees, jumping jacks, burpees, and Pilates exercises). We will focus on sculpting your arms, strengthening your abdominals, and firming your legs and glutes through these dynamic/intense exercises. 


Low impact modifications will be provided. Athetic sneakers required. No slip-ons or wedged heels permitted.


5 Classes for $75 or Drop-in $20
