Come to the mat and let the vibrant energy of PiYo flow through you this winter! You'll use your body weight to perform a series of low-impact, high-intensity moves inspired by Pilates and yoga. This program will work every single muscle to stabilize, stretch, and strengthen your entire body.
PiYo is for people of all ages, fitness levels, and body types. During this course, we will start with PiYo basics and gradually progress so that by the end of the month, you will be familiar with a set series of exercises called the PiYo Signature Round.

Cardio sculpt is a high-intensity class, focusing on bringing the cardio level up and on toning lean body muscles. This is a 45 minute power packed workout session consisting of dynamic movements (such as high knees, jumping jacks, burpees, and Pilates exercises). We will focus on sculpting your arms, strengthening your abdominals, and firming your legs and glutes through these dynamic/intense exercises.
Low impact modifications will be provided.
