Classical Happy Hour is an intermediate Reformer Pilates class featuring the classical repertoire you love, delivered in one focused, feel-good hour. Expect a challenging yet achievable workout that builds strength, control, and confidence—without rushing or chaos.

Perfect for clients ready to level up, lovers of classical Pilates, and anyone who wants to work hard and leave feeling amazing.

Fridays 12-12:45 pm
Cardio sculpt is a high-intensity class, focusing on bringing the cardio level up and on toning lean body muscles. This is a 45 minute power packed workout session consisting of dynamic movements (such as high knees, jumping jacks, burpees, and Pilates exercises). We will focus on sculpting your arms, strengthening your abdominals, and firming your legs and glutes through these dynamic/intense exercises.
Low impact modifications will be provided. Athletic sneakers required. No slip-ons or wedged heels permitted.
