
Jeanna began her career as a personal trainer (NSCA-CSCS) at a premiere health club. It is there that she was invited to become certified to teach Pilates through PHI Pilates. Jeanna quickly fell in love with the method. She realized Pilates was the only exercise method that was helping her clients see results no matter what gender, size or shape. Jeanna continued to study Pilates and went on to re-certify with over 725 teacher training hours through Body Precision Inc. in Rosemont, PA.
Jeanna holds a special certification through the Pink Ribbon Program which helps women undergoing breast cancer surgery to regain confidence as well as strength in the affected areas.
Jeanna also became certified to perform AromaTouch, an application of 8 different essential oils applied along specific energy meridians for an unparalleled grounding experience.
Jeanna founded The Pilates Connexion in 2011. Jeanna has brought her personal training experience as well as her as athletic background to her teaching healing a variety of clientele and helping others to discover a new sense of empowerment through movement. Pilates also helped Jeanna through all 3 of her pregnancies and boasts Pilates is the best form of exercise to regain her "pre-baby" body. Jeanna now resides in Wallingford with her husband and 3 children.

Michele-Olivia is currently a Physical Therapy graduate student at Drexel University. She completed her undergrad with a Bachelor of Science in dance with a concentration in physical therapy at Drexel University in June 2014. She is now in graduate school for Sport Physical Therapy. Summer of 2014 Michele started dancing professionally with a Philadelphia based touring dance company named Danse4Nia. While dancing Michele went through many injuries, 3 knee surgeries, which turned her to add Pilates in her life. Pilates helped her through her pain and build her strength. Michele-Olivia went through the Pilates training at Drexel Pilates training program under Jennifer Morley. Pilates helped her find freedom from all her dance pains and also find new and improve strength in dance especially. But Pilates also helped her in daily comfort and confidence. Michele's main goal is to teach movement as a source of strength, discovery and communication. In her Pilates class you will work on balancing the body, mind, and soul, all while having fun.

As a teacher for all ages, Janet views Pilates as a transformative behavior for the mind & body. She completed her teacher training program through Body Precision in Bryn Mawr, PA. As a Pilates participant for over 10 years, she fell in love with the calm focus & concentration on breathing techniques. Janet has a breath of knowledge surrounding the human body after spending decades as a critical care nurse. As a master’s prepared nurse, her career spanned the bedside, a nurse educator, as well as a quality improvement outcomes manager. Pilates teaching perfectly aligns with her skill sets of kindness, compassion, and excellence.

Libby is Peak Pilates Level 2 Certified instructor, trained in classical Pilates. She started taking Pilates in 2018 and found a new passion. In 2021, she was inspired to become a certified instructor during a career break. Pilates has become a great compliment to her active fitness journey alongside swimming, strength training and keeping up with her kids. It serves as an instrument of meditation and challenging her strength as she learns and perfects her form. She enjoys sharing this passion with her clients and supporting their growth.

With a decade of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, Jena brings a unique perspective to the world of Pilates combining her professional expertise with a lifelong passion for movement. Her journey in Pilates began during her intensive training as a professional contemporary ballet dancer, a path that deeply shaped her understanding of movement and body awareness. Dance is a career she still cherishes today as she continues to perform with a local Philadelphia ballet company. Now certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates, Jena is committed to guiding her clients toward greater strength, flexibility, and balance, all while honoring the specific needs of every individual.

Daniella brings a strong background in dance and fitness to her Pilates teaching. She holds a B.A. in Ballet and Modern Dance from DeSales University and currently teaches classical ballet at Haverford Dance Center (formerly Radomile Dance Academy). Pilates has been an important part of her training since college, helping build strength, improve alignment, and prevent injuries.
Daniella previously served as Director of Pilates at Focus Fitness in Bryn Mawr, where she developed the D.E. Method, a dynamic 45-minute Pilates class blending classical and contemporary exercises, and trained a team of instructors in her approach.
Known for her attention to form, clear cueing, and commitment to safe movement, Daniella is passionate about helping clients feel strong and confident in their bodies.
